Prayers and Praises

Pray for a Nation: Mozambique

Prayer

62 people groups, only 15% unreached; 53 languages
Mozambique is one of the world's poorest countries but has seen some improvement in the last 20-25 years after 30 years of war. Pray for effective, practical programs to assist those who live in severe poverty and face many diseases such as AIDS, malaria, diarrhea, and TB. Pray for more leaders who are godly and know the Bible as well as projects to build their biblical knowledge. Pray for growth in maturity and truth, alongside cultural authenticity. Almost 80# of pastors and church leaders have little or no formal training. Pray for the expat missionaries, for both physical and spiritual opportunities they have to minister to the peoples.

Pray for our Jewish Neighbors:

Prayer

Pray for the still unbelieving family members of Jewish believers. Pray that they would respect the faith of their loved one. Pray that families would be united in love across theological differences. Pray for them to be open to the Gospel and that they would ultimately come to faith in Jesus as well.

Ladies Retreat
