CG Questions 03.31

CG Questions

1. How does reflecting on the consequences of our sin, help us value the message of Easter?
2. In what ways can we fix our eyes on Jesus, especially during this Easter season, to deepen our gratitude for His sacrifice and embrace the hope of His resurrection?
3. Considering the imagery of Christ as a Tower of Refuge amidst a graveyard, how can we more consistently give gospel invitations to those around us who are still lost or unaware of the rescue available in Christ?

Prayers and Praises

Pray for the Nations

Prayer

Mosuo People of SW China

56,000 people, Buddhist with Tibetan influence, 5% Christian

The Mosuo people continue to operate out of a matriarchial society where all women are in charge.  Their people group has not been recognized by the Chinese government and is instead considered part of the Naxi people, which Mosuo's despise since they are vastly different in language, religion, & culture.

There is currently no written language among the Mosuo, therefore the Bible can only be communicated by oral storytelling.  Pray for the small number of growing believers among them, that they would not give up meeting together (Heb 10:25) and boldly proclaim to their neighbors.
