WORSHIP SERVICE ATTENDANCE UPDATE

All church members and guests are invited to attend church every Sunday, with the ABF Room utilized as an overflow room. The ABF room will seat 12 households (socially distanced), joining the live stream on a television and speaker. Our current attendance rotation will end, and Sunday morning seating will be first come, first served. Thus, those who wish to sit in the sanctuary should plan to arrive early. However, there may also be some folks with kids who prefer to sit in the ABF Room for added convenience, and they are welcomed to sit there straight away. And the live stream will remain available for those not ready to worship in person.

Our worship service time continues to be at 10:30 am.

Masks remain required for now, as a decision of the pastors (with the exception of kids 10 and under, and those with a medical exception). We will continue monitoring the state of COVID in Bexley and other communities, and make other adjustments as needed. Thank you for your patience. For the rest of the update please visit the Paramount Church website via this link here.

Community Groups

Community Group

Community Groups meet weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings. Now also on Sunday evenings. Visit our Community Group page to reach out to a leader.

God created us to live in gospel community, under the word and rooted in the person of Jesus Christ. Our focus is to bring glory to Christ, to orient our lives around the gospel, to focus on change, and fulfill our mission as Christ’s ambassadors. To keep a proper balance and guard our Community Groups against revolving around something other than the gospel, we pursue at least four primary goals for life with one another:

1. Progressive Sanctification (Growing Into the Image of Christ)
2. Caring for One Another
3. Biblical Fellowship
4. Stewardship of Spiritual Gifts

Prayers and Praises

IMB 175 Days of Prayer

Prayer

"We are at war," said a friend as he described how people in the capital city cope with widespread conflict, food insecurity, and the collapse of essential services. Solar panels are widely used since electricity has not been available for two years, millions are dependent on food packets and barely survive, and more than half of all health facilities have closed. The Northern Yemeni Arabs, who live at the south end of the Arabian Peninsula, are weary after five years of war in their country. The humanitarian crisis has worsened, and the poor, who struggled before the war, are the most devastated as death through illnesses, starvation, and nearby battles has engulfed them. Though hopelessness abounds, God is at work. In the midst of suffering, people are questioning their age-old beliefs. They are hearing the Good News through outside sources as well as from those committed to Him inside the country. Praise God for those who have surrendered to Him! Pray that they will experience the presence and power of God in a very dark place. Pray that with wisdom and discernment, these brothers and sisters will share His love with a people who desperately need it. Ask for a harvest that brings glory to God. Pray Ephesians 3: 17b-19a (ESV), that believers will be "rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth, and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge."
