Ladies' Bible Study

Women

The Ladies’ Bible Study each Sunday from 4-6pm. We are going through the book "Steadfast" by Courtney Doctor, a study on the book of James. Hosted online for the time being. Please contact Kathryn Witt for more details.

Community Groups

Community Group

Given our sensitivity toward and responsibility for our church congregation, local neighbors, and our community leadership, we’ve decided to change our Community Group meeting format. All community groups are asked to meet by video (Zoom, Webex, etc.) instead of in-person. Looking for a Community Group? Visit our Community Group page to reach out to a leader.

CG Questions 3.22

Community Group

1. How do we hold fast together to the confession of Jesus, our Great High Priest.
2. Share a time when someone truly understood you in your weakness? What was that like?
3. In what ways is Jesus helping you, by His Word, during the current crisis in our world?

Prayers and Praises

Pray for an Unreached People Group

Prayer
  • The Mal in India
  • Population: 1,758,000
  • Christian: 0.01%
  • Mal is a shortened form of a Sanskrit phrase that can mean wrestler. The Mals live mainly in the Indian states of Bihar, West Bengal, and Jharkhand. They speak Hindi, Bengali, or another language, depending on their location. Most of them are agricultural laborers with no land of their own, although they are also known for being watchmen or gatekeepers.

The Mal people live in states where there are very few followers of Christ, and they have almost no contact with anyone who has put their faith in the only Savior.

There are no believers among the Mal people that we know of. Pray that this will change soon.

    Pray for Our Jewish Neighbors

    Prayer

Pray that our Jewish neighbors would feel less afraid to investigate the person of Jesus. Pray that Jewish people would begin to accept the Jewishness of Jesus. Pray that Messianic Jewish faith would become acceptable in the Jewish community so that people are less afraid to consider its claims.
