Community Groups

Community Group

Community Groups meet weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings. Now also on Sunday evenings. Visit our Community Group page to reach out to a leader.

God created us to live in gospel community, under the word and rooted in the person of Jesus Christ. Our focus is to bring glory to Christ, to orient our lives around the gospel, to focus on change, and fulfill our mission as Christ’s ambassadors. To keep a proper balance and guard our Community Groups against revolving around something other than the gospel, we pursue at least four primary goals for life with one another:

1. Progressive Sanctification (Growing Into the Image of Christ)
2. Caring for One Another
3. Biblical Fellowship
4. Stewardship of Spiritual Gifts

Worship Service Live Stream

Sunday's at 10:30 am join us via Facebook for our worship service. Our preference is always to gather in-person, but for those that cannot, we’ll stream our worship services online. Please be diligent to join us on Sunday mornings. We believe the Lord is pleased by our efforts.

2. Discuss some key tools you've used to learn God's truth (catechism, doctrinal statements, key books, etc).
3. How have you (or seen others) stimulated others to love and good deeds recently? In what ways have you (or others) encouraged other believers with your words (in person, on the phone, on social media)? How do you (or others) need to grow to encourage and stimulate others more effectively?

The Salampasu (SAH-lum-PAH-soo) live in rural villages on the frontier between the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Angola. Their name means "hunter of locusts," and they are regarded by their neighbors as fierce warriors. While the Salampasu are involved in hunting and farming, they are best known for their elaborate masks, which hold great significance in their sacred rituals as warriors. These masks are used to initiate boys into the society of warriors and are earned through performing specific deeds. The masks also act as guardians for the children and are believed to have spirits dwelling within them. Currently, there are no known believers or churches among the Salampasu. Ask the Father to send someone to share the hope of the gospel with the Salampasu so that they will be called out of darkness into His marvelous light Pray that the status of the Salampasu will soon be changed from no known believers to an entire generation of those who call on the name of Jesus.
