WORSHIP SERVICE ATTENDANCE UPDATE

All church members and guests are invited to attend church every Sunday, with the ABF Room utilized as an overflow room. The ABF room will seat 12 households (socially distanced), joining the live stream on a television and speaker. Our current attendance rotation will end, and Sunday morning seating will be first come, first served. Thus, those who wish to sit in the sanctuary should plan to arrive early. However, there may also be some folks with kids who prefer to sit in the ABF Room for added convenience, and they are welcomed to sit there straight away. And the live stream will remain available for those not ready to worship in person.

Our worship service time continues to be at 10:30 am.

Masks remain required for now, as a decision of the pastors (with the exception of kids 10 and under, and those with a medical exception). We will continue monitoring the state of COVID in Bexley and other communities, and make other adjustments as needed. Thank you for your patience. For the rest of the update please visit the Paramount Church website via this link here.

Community Groups

Community Group

Community Groups meet weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings. Now also on Sunday evenings. Visit our Community Group page to reach out to a leader.

God created us to live in gospel community, under the word and rooted in the person of Jesus Christ. Our focus is to bring glory to Christ, to orient our lives around the gospel, to focus on change, and fulfill our mission as Christ’s ambassadors. To keep a proper balance and guard our Community Groups against revolving around something other than the gospel, we pursue at least four primary goals for life with one another:

1. Progressive Sanctification (Growing Into the Image of Christ)
2. Caring for One Another
3. Biblical Fellowship
4. Stewardship of Spiritual Gifts

CG Questions 1.17

Community Group
  1. Can you see yourself in Diotrophes' reflection? Do you love to be first sometimes? How?
  2. How can we involve others in the ministry of our church?
  3. What should we do to stop and reverse division when it raises it's head in the church?
Prayers and Praises

IMB 175 Days of Prayer: Unreached Peoples of Timor-Leste

Prayer

Timor-Leste (tee-more LESS-tay) - Join workers in praying: "Lord, may this be the year that every person in Timor-Leste has the opportunity to respond to Your good news. May 2021 be the year of salvation, of awakening, of revival in Timor-Leste. Send many workers into the field, and go before them to prepare hearts to receive truth. May the people living in these unreached places be in exile no longer. May their weary, anxious, broken, unsettled hearts find hope and peace this year. We remember this verse and ask You to send workers to preach this peace to the unreached peoples of Timor-Leste: 'You were at that time separated from Christ, alienated . . . and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. . . . And he came and preached peace to you who were far off and peace to those who were near' (Ephesians 2:12-13, 17 ESV). Amen."
