This is our last week with the current ABF study. It has been based on the book "Pursuing Peace" By Robert D. Jones. The book walks you through, "A Christian Guide to Handling Our Conflicts". We hope you will join us every Sunday at 9:15 am!

We will begin our next book "Tell the Truth" by Will Metzger next Sunday, September 26th. We hope you will join us!

Bexley Trick or Treat on date and time TBA. We will be need people to volunteer for safety patrol and trunk or treat passing out candy. More details to come.

God created us to live in gospel community, under the word and rooted in the person of Jesus Christ. Our focus is to bring glory to Christ, to orient our lives around the gospel, to focus on change, and fulfill our mission as Christ’s ambassadors. To keep a proper balance and guard our Community Groups against revolving around something other than the gospel, we pursue at least four primary goals for life with one another:

1. Progressive Sanctification (Growing Into the Image of Christ)
2. Caring for One Another
3. Biblical Fellowship
4. Stewardship of Spiritual Gifts

1. Think of some passages of Scripture which highlight God’s judgment. What about God do you see there?
2. Can you see big benefits to being small in God’s Kingdom? In what ways can we decrease and Christ increase this Fall?
3. Consider this statement again: Jesus has done for you what you could not do for Him, so that through faith in Him, you can do what glorifies Him. How can we make this “gospel reality” a clear focus in daily life? Be specific.
